​Hi There! Nice to Meet You!

​My name is Raven, and I am a School Library & Information Technology Teacher at the most magical little school by the sea!  I was formerly a classroom teacher for all grades 2nd-5th.  I fell into this position after my maternity leave several years ago, and I know now that the library is where I belong! 

I am mommy to an 8 year-old boy named Hutch, a wife, a reader, a promoter of diversity & inclusion, and a protector of intellectual freedom for young people.  I am a lover of plants, running, animals, libraries, east coast beaches, and Shel Silverstein.
